About the Position
As Sr. Brand Activation Manager for the UK, you’ll be right in the thick of bringing HOLY’s energy to life across the country. From exciting pop-ups and takeovers to unique collabs and Squad meet-ups, you’ll be the person making sure the brand shows up in unforgettable ways.

You’ll work closely with our creative and community teams in Germany while shaping what HOLY looks and feels like in the UK. It’s a hands-on role with loads of room to make an impact as we grow the brand, the Squad, and the hype across the nation.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own the Action: Plan, create, and deliver bold UK brand activations, from the first idea to the final high-five. Every project should build buzz, spark engagement, and strengthen the Squad.
  • Make It Local: Take HOLY’s global brand vision and give it a proper UK twist. Find the moments, places, and people that make the brand feel part of British culture.
  • Find the Right Partners: Spot and secure UK brands, venues, and creators that bring HOLY to life across gaming, sport, music, and lifestyle scenes.
  • Measure the Magic: Keep track of how activations perform using clear KPIs such as awareness, engagement, commercial success and Squad growth. Manage budgets wisely and show the impact behind the fun.
  • Work as One Team: Collaborate with creative, content, and paid media teams to keep every activation on-brand, high quality, and full of energy.
About You
  • Proven Brand Experience: At least 3 years in brand, activation, or experiential marketing at consumer or lifestyle brands.
  • Plugged Into Culture: You know what’s happening before it trends. You understand UK culture and can spot the moments where HOLY belongs.
  • Creative and Hands-On: You love turning bold ideas into real experiences that make people stop, smile, and talk. You can juggle multiple projects without losing the spark, and have brought to life everything from intimate Squad moments to high-impact, six-figure brand experiences.
  • People Person: You’re great at bringing people together, whether it’s partners, creators, or the Squad. You know how to make everyone feel part of something big and are comfortable working with external agencies, internal teams and event crews.
  • Smart on the Numbers: You get the hype but you also know how to measure it. You’re confident using performance data and KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, or brand awareness metrics to show real results.
  • Self-Starter: You like owning your space, making things happen, and moving fast while keeping tight alignment with the wider team.
  • True Brand Believer: You live for energy, creativity, and community, and you’re excited to turn that into brand moments people will never forget.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca our Talent Partner, where you will talk about HOLY, the position, your experience and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview with Dan, our Head of UK.
  3. Peer Interview with Carsten, our Brand Activation Lead for Germany.
  4. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to complete at home.
  5. Advanced discussion on Berlin: In this on-site meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple.
  6. Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  7. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
