About the Position
Marketing is at the core of HOLY’s growth engine - and Poland is our newest market to launch. With a strong revenue base and a cult-like community of creators and customers, we’re doubling down on influencer marketing to drive our next phase of hypergrowth!
Working alongside our Polish Country Manager and Influencer Marketing Managers, you'll be our Swiss Army knife for all things community and marketing. Your mission? To establish and grow HOLY's presence in the Polish market from the ground up.
This role offers an incredible opportunity to shape the future of one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC brands while developing your skills across multiple marketing disciplines.
You'll take charge of:- Building and managing our Polish community channels across key platforms
- Growing the HOLY Squad through engaging community initiatives and stellar customer service
- Collaborating with creators to bring fresh, local content to our social campaigns (UGC sourcing)
- Translating & adapting our global content with that special Polish touch
- Working closely with our central marketing team to launch successful campaigns

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with our Talent Partner discussing HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Hiring Manager Interview with Piotr: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience with Piotr, our Polish Country Manager.
- Case Study & Team Day: Once the first interviews go well, you’ll receive a short case study to complete at home, then come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. You’ll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture.
- Job offer and decision: Once the process is completed, we will take the time to present you with a competitive offer, including a share package, and answer any questions you have regarding the employment, before you joining our journey.
