  • HOLY is the soft drink revolution: With our powdered drinks HOLY Energy®, HOLY Hydration®, and HOLY Iced Tea®, you get amazing taste across 50+ flavors while maintaining a good conscience—for your body & the environment.
  • Over 2M loyal customers: Started in a shared apartment by three best friends, we have scaled to Europe's fastest growing consumer brand—and our cult-like community, the HOLY Squad, loves it: 4.6 stars on reviews.io speak for themselves.
  • From D2C to Global Omnichannel: In less than four years, we've profitably scaled HOLY to more than €150M D2C revenue in DACH, FR, and the UK. Now scaling our retail business, we're on an exciting transition to becoming a true omnichannel rocketship.
  • We are still just getting started: Backed by the world's best consumer investors, we aim to revolutionize the soft drink industry and build a generational love brand: tastier, healthier & more sustainable. Our team of 100+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you!).
About the Position
Partnerships and events are crucial growth drivers for HOLY—from high-impact sponsorships to unforgettable brand experiences. As our Partnerships Project Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our partnerships team, ensuring flawless execution of event-related projects including booths, sponsorships, parties, and tastings.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own the end-to-end project lifecycle—from initial planning and documentation to post-event analysis. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage logistics, and ensure every activation delivers on brand objectives while staying on budget and on schedule.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love bringing order to complexity, and want to help build memorable brand experiences that connect with our community—this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own project planning and documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project materials including kick-off decks, status reports, and post-event presentations that keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Coordinate resources and schedules: Manage project timelines, equipment, team coordination, and information flow to ensure seamless execution across all partnership initiatives.
  • Define scope and requirements: Work with partnerships managers and stakeholders to clarify project objectives, scope, and success criteria from the outset.
  • Monitor performance and flag risks: Track project progress against plans, proactively identify blockers or budget issues, and escalate risks before they become problems.
  • Support budget management: Assist in tracking spend, forecasting costs, and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
  • Own reporting and optimization: Track project performance, deliver structured feedback, and scale what works through data-led iteration.
  • Be a local expert: Bring deep understanding of French consumer behavior, internet culture, and platform trends to everything you do.
About You
  • Proven organizational excellence: 2+ years of experience in project management, event coordination, or partnerships—ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand, agency, or startup environment.
  • Master multi-tasker: You effortlessly juggle multiple projects and priorities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator: You adapt your communication style to different audiences—whether it's a quick Slack update, a stakeholder presentation, or a tough negotiation—and you keep everyone informed and happy.
  • Cool under pressure: You're resourceful and proactive when challenges arise, finding creative solutions without losing your composure or team morale.
  • French creator space knowledge: You understand the French influencer and creator ecosystem well enough to make informed suggestions and decisions about partnerships and activations.
  • Highly adaptable: You thrive in dynamic, sometimes stressful situations and maintain a positive, confident attitude that uplifts the team.
  • Independent and decisive: You're comfortable working autonomously, drawing conclusions from data, and making informed decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
