About the Position
HOLY is growing fast: with new product launches, expanding retail partnerships, and an ever-increasing customer base driving demand across all channels.
To keep pace with this momentum, we’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to make sure every order reaches our customers fast, accurately, and without friction. You’ll manage daily collaboration with our 3PL partners, oversee order fulfillment and inventory flow, and turn data into insights that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is highly operational and hands-on — you’ will be the person who spots a problem and fixes it before anyone else notices.
3PL Partnership & Operations Oversight
- Act as primary contact for our fulfillment partners, ensuring SLA adherence and daily operational stability.
- Escalate and resolve deviations in speed, accuracy, or cost efficiency swiftly.
- Identify recurring issues, propose structured improvements, and track implementation progress.
Order & Inventory Management
- Oversee order processing and replenishment to ensure on-time, error-free fulfillment.
- Monitor stock accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Maintain precise system synchronization across warehouses and sales channels.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track key logistics KPIs (delivery accuracy, on-time rate, cost per shipment, pick errors) and turn them into actionable insights.
- Prepare clear, regular performance reports for internal visibility and decision making.
- Maintain and update SOPs to reflect best practices and process changes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the communication bridge between Logistics, Customer Service, Retail, Procurement and E-Commerce.
- Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate quick resolutions to protect customer experience.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of critical operational updates or risks.

- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study.
- Advanced discussion: In this on-site meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple.
- Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
