About the Position
By scaling HOLY from zero to over €150M in total revenue in under four years, we’ve grown from a D2C start-up into one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands. As we continue expanding across retail and international markets, strong structure, clear communication, and reliable execution are becoming increasingly important.
As the Growth & Strategy Intern, you’ll support both our Venture Development and Retail team across a mix of strategic and operational topics. Your work helps to keep projects organised, ensures teams stay aligned, and creates the clarity needed in a fast-moving environment.
In practice, this means preparing presentations and internal documents, analysing data and translating it into simple insights, organising and documenting meetings, coordinating timelines and to-dos, and supporting the overall planning and structure behind key projects. You’ll also take on administrative and enabling tasks that keep the organisation running smoothly and help teams make decisions based on clean inputs.
Throughout the internship, you’ll gain exposure to topics across Organisational Development, Go-to-Market Strategy, Retail Expansion, and Brand & Trade Marketing. You’ll work closely with leaders across multiple teams and get a realistic, hands-on view into how a high-growth consumer brand operates behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and learning in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and structure strategic decks (e.g. board updates, performance overviews, project summaries) that clearly communicate insights and progress.
- Analyze and visualize data, turning numbers into concise, actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings — from structuring agendas and gathering inputs to capturing next steps and ensuring follow-through in Notion.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects e.g. in the retail and venture development organization and ensure timelines and priorities stay on track.
- Support planning & administration, such as internal kickoffs, team sessions, and light logistics — executed with ownership and attention to detail.
- Learn directly from HOLY’s leadership and participate in strategic discussions shaping our next phase of growth.
