As a Campaign Manager, you’ll support the operational heartbeat of our marketing campaigns. You’ll be the connective tissue between the Campaigns and Creative teams, helping us turn strategy into seamless, high-quality execution.

Responsibilities:
• Campaign Coordination: Setting up, maintaining, and tracking campaign timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities. Keep stakeholders aligned and ensure information flows smoothly across teams.
• Meeting & Workflow Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action points for key marketing and campaign meetings. Help document and maintain internal workflows to keep projects running effectively.
• Content Production Assistance: Support planning and logistics for content productions (shoots, briefings, creator deliverables, etc.). Coordinate assets, schedules, and internal/external communication.
• Research & Partner Management: Help identify potential partners, creators, agencies, or vendors for special projects and collaborations. Conduct initial outreach and gather relevant information to support decision-making.
• Workflow Optimization: Support in optimizing internal processes (e.g., workflows and communication) with the marketing and operations teams.
