About the Position
Marketing is at the core of HOLY’s growth engine — and France is our second biggest market. With a strong revenue base and a cult-like community of creators and customers, we’re doubling down on influencer marketing and localized content to drive our next phase of hypergrowth!
This Content Creator role is pivotal in growing the French Market through WILD content.
You’ll become the face of HOLY in France — conceptualizing, filming, and producing engaging content that resonates deeply with the French Squad (our customers). This is THE POSITION when it comes to social media content creation in the French market: creative freedom, full ownership, and the chance to set the tone for how HOLY shows up in a new country.
Disclaimers: To successfully apply for this role, you’ll need to work remotely from France (Hybrid) with your own production capabilities — and travel on a regular basis to Berlin, giving you access to our insane office (The HOLY Temple), complete with an in-house recording studio and all the creative tools you’ll ever need.
As part of the application process, you will have to upload a self-made video where you pitch or present HOLY in French — show us your energy, creativity, and why you’re the one to bring HOLY to Franch!
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and strategic messaging for paid ads and organic content tailored to the French market.
- Write compelling video scripts and copy that align with HOLY's brand voice while resonating with French cultural nuances.
- Execute full video production from concept, through recording to final delivery, often taking the stage in front of the camera.
- Edit organic and paid video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, crafting emotionally engaging stories in HOLY's signature style.
- Optimize content for platform-specific requirements (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads).
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on data insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

- First Interview with Lutza: If your work matches our vibe, we’ll set up a first interview with Lutza, our Talent Partner, to talk about HOLY and the position, and see if our expectations align.
- Hiring Manager interview with Alex: We will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
- Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to produce at home. In a meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple.
- Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
