About the Position
After profitably scaling our online business to over €150M in less than three years, we ventured into retail last year, launching in over 7,000 food stores! Now, we're dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international Omnichannel brand!
As a Working Student Field Sales Support (20h/week, based in Berlin), you'll assist our field sales squad—also known as the "Raptors"—by supporting key projects and driving important initiatives. You'll collaborate across retail business development, marketing, and sales teams, playing an integral role in our retail expansion.
You'll report to our National Field Sales Lead, Marcin, who—along with Ben, our Director of Retail & Omnichannel—is leading our retail expansion. In this role, you'll have a front-row seat to HOLY's next growth lever and play a crucial part in our next growth phase.
Responsibilities:
- Support the field sales team, assisting with ongoing projects and providing ad hoc support ranging from analytical research to hands-on activities.
- Contribute to HOLY's retail expansion, from coordination with external stakeholders to strategically supporting new retail product launches.
- Assist with crucial retail initiatives, such as our quarterly goal-setting process, and help set up workshops.
- Engage in project management, supporting the retail team by coordinating workstreams across sales, marketing, and operations. This can include customer research, meeting support, activation preparations, and order management.
