About the Position
As Sr. Creative Strategist, you are sitting at the center of our growth on paid social - bridging the gap between data-driven insights and creative execution. You propose authentic ideas and enable others to share theirs, which you transform into production-ready creative concepts with local relevance. Afterwards, you act as a point of contact for all stakeholders in the content creation process and keep the overview on our production pipeline. Lastly, you collaborate closely with media buying to go deep into creative analysis, deriving creative iteration ideas and testing them with a clear structure.
Facilitate Ideation with local nuances
- Gather and distribute actionable findings from performance data and proprietary research to fuel the creative pipeline
- Facilitate creative strategy sessions with market teams and provide continuous feedback on creative performance data
- Analyze the competitor ad ecosystem to identify differentiation potential while proactively scanning platforms like TikTok and Reels for emerging trends and aesthetics to adapt them for core markets
Develop Creative Concepts
- Transform raw ideas and hypotheses into full-funnel, high-converting creative concepts across all awareness stages
- Write compelling direct-response scripts and headlines to drive immediate action
- Develop briefings with clarity to guide content creation stakeholders across video, editing, design, and copywriting
- Build bridges between performance-driven ads and the aesthetic & communicational brand standards
Pipeline Management & Quality Assurance
- Support the prioritization of the production pipeline and provide feedback for content creation stakeholders executing your briefings
- Ensure the final quality and strategic alignment of all creatives before they go live
Analyze & Iterate
- Debrief top-performing assets to derive new hypotheses and scale winning formulas
- Translate complex KPIs like hook-, hold-, and conversion-rates into a comprehensible story for content creation stakeholders with actionable insights
- Develop clear iteration briefings to refine existing assets based on performance signals

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Hiring Manager interview with Fabian: We will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
- Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple. Here, you’ll also get to know MC (Marie-Christin), our CMO.
- Reference calls: At this stage, we’d like to connect with 1–2 former colleagues or managers who have worked closely with you. These conversations help us better understand your working style and strengths from those who know you professionally.
- Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
