About the Position

Brand activations are where HOLY comes to life—from electrifying festival experiences to innovative brand promotions that put our community first. As our (Sr.) Brand Activation Manager Poland - Events, you'll orchestrate high-impact brand experiences across Poland, turning strategic vision into unforgettable moments that deepen customer loyalty and amplify our brand presence.

This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing big ideas to life. You'll own end-to-end execution of major brand activation projects—with a focus on large-scale events and promotions. From PGA to Pyrkon and major Polish music festivals, you'll manage complex logistics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every activation delivers exceptional brand experiences while staying on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Stage: Lead major Polish brand activations from idea to execution. Since HOLY’s launch in Poland in June 2025, we’ve been present at Poznań Game Arena and are currently preparing for Pyrkon 2026. Looking ahead, our plans for 2026/27 are ambitious, and you will play a key role in shaping them—from major Polish music festivals to niche activations. The stage is yours. Every project should create a “wow” moment and strengthen the HOLY Squad in Poland.
  • Be the Connector: Act as the go-to hub between internal teams, agencies, and partners to keep every project smooth, on time, and on point.
  • Make Smart Moves: Manage budgets, assess ROI, and find clever trade-offs that deliver maximum impact without compromising quality.
  • Innovate the Process: Build smarter ways of working—refine workflows, share learnings, and scale what works to raise the activation bar every time.
  • Keep It HOLY: Bring our brand values to life in every experience, ensuring every activation feels authentic, bold, and unmistakably HOLY.
  • Grow Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with organizers, vendors, and partners to unlock top-tier opportunities and elevate our presence.
  • Scale the Success: Create repeatable playbooks that streamline costs, boost efficiency, and set the standard for future activations across Poland.
About You
  • Proven event and activation expertise: 3+ years of experience managing brand activations, events, or experiential marketing—ideally within a consumer brand, agency, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Master orchestrator: Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and significant budgets. Nothing phases you.
  • Exceptional communicator: Able to adapt communication style effortlessly—whether rallying internal teams, negotiating with vendors, or presenting to leadership—while keeping everyone aligned and motivated.
  • Budget-savvy operator: Strong ability to balance quality and cost, make data-informed budget decisions, and deliver maximum ROI on every activation.
  • Extraordinary problem solver: When challenges arise (and they will), you stay calm, think creatively, and find solutions that keep projects on track without compromising quality.
  • HOLY Squad champion: Deep understanding of our community and consistent decision-making that puts the HOLY Squad first—because great activations are built on authentic connections.
  • Thrives under pressure: Maintains a positive, confident attitude even in high-stress situations, with energy that uplifts the team when things get intense.
  • Process innovator: Goes beyond execution by actively looking for ways to improve workflows, document learnings, and build systems that make the team more effective.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Intro Call: A 30-minute screening with Eric, our Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll talk about HOLY, the role, your experience, and whether our expectations align.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview: You’ll meet Piotr, our Country Manager Poland, to go deeper on your background, ambitions, and how you’d drive our growth in the Polish market.
  3. Peer interview with Manuel: You will get to know Manuel, our Project Manager Partnerships, focusing on the DACH business.
  4. Case Study & Team Day: Once the first interviews go well, you’ll receive a short case study and come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. You’ll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture.
  5. Offer & Decision: If everything aligns, we’ll make you an offer and look forward to building HOLY Poland together.
